Claims Handler required for a large property maintenance specialist looking to expand the existing team due to rapid recent growth.
The Claims handler role is a perm position, full-time Monday to Friday, office based.
For this role, the client is offering a competitive salary of 30 to 32k per annum with 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
Experience within a similar role is desirable.
Duties of the successful Claims Handler will include
- Discussing the claim with the customer and logging all of the information given.
- Guiding the customer through the process of the claim and keeping them updated.
- Supporting the customer with guidance through insurance claims documents.
- Reporting weekly to management on claim status and outcomes.
- Other general administration.
The clients office are based near Redhill, Surrey with quick access to the local train station, high street.
For this role, you must have evidence of the right to work in the UK.
