Currently recruiting for an experienced FM Account Director who will be coordinating all resources and stakeholders to deliver a high level of service to clients with maximum efficiency and in a safe, sustainable and collaborative manner on a highly reactive Critical Building portfolio based across multiple locations in the South of England.
Ideally, you will be skilled in the successful management of Hard Services along with Catering and Cleaning contracts. The FM Account Director would potentially possess a Technical background, or strong demonstrable skills in man-management of M&E Engineers, sub-contractors & maintenance of assets.
Duties will include:
- Managing client relationships by understanding their contractual needs and ensuring the timely and effective delivery of all SLAs.
- Being commercially responsible for all P&L on the contract, ensuring budget management is carefully adhered to.
- Ensuring all company H&S obligations are met by all staff on the contract.
- Management of the estates and participating in the Business Development to promote growth within the contract.
- Ensuring all Technical Hard Services are compliant, and resources are utilised to the best of the contract ability.
- Providing company reports on KPIs to Senior Management/end clients.
