Our client is looking for a repairs supervisor; previous experience within repairs/maintenance/housing would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- To undertake the daily supervision of a range of trade operatives to deliver a first class repairs and maintenance service to residents and leaseholders within London Borough of Hounslow.
- To oversee and manage complaints through to a successful resolution.
- To provide regular and timely monthly operative performance and productivity reports.
- To ensure daily work targets are achieved and all works are delivered to a high standard within budget and within the KPI's target.
- To ensure all works are delivered using a safe system of work and within H&S guidelines at all times.
