Permanent £39,000 per annum

Based in West London

Our client is looking for a repairs supervisor; previous experience within repairs/maintenance/housing would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • To undertake the daily supervision of a range of trade operatives to deliver a first class repairs and maintenance service to residents and leaseholders within London Borough of Hounslow.
  • To oversee and manage complaints through to a successful resolution.
  • To provide regular and timely monthly operative performance and productivity reports.
  • To ensure daily work targets are achieved and all works are delivered to a high standard within budget and within the KPI's target.
  • To ensure all works are delivered using a safe system of work and within H&S guidelines at all times.

  • For this role, you must have a good telephone manner, be organized, have the ability to prioritize work, and pay attention to detail.
  • The applicant must have previous experience in the role and opti-time experience or similar database is essential.
