Plumbers required for Domestic Repairs in CR to SM or KT to TW Postcodes. Current labour achieving an average of £42,000 to £45,000 in normal hours, with higher achievers up to £55,000. VW Vans, uniform, training, and an extensive benefits package are provided.
This medium-sized repairs and maintenance specialist is looking for plumbers to join their rapidly growing team. All work will be completed in private domestic properties, with the successful plumbers working mainly in the specified postcodes, depending on where they live.
There are many opportunities for growth within this company, which offers a very competitive salary with potential earnings on top of the basic salary. The call-out rota is 1 week in 12 at £150 per weekend, with an overtime hourly rate. The current labour average is around £40,000 to £50,000, with very little out of hours required to reach that.
This is a permanent position, full-time, 5 days a week, Monday to Saturday, with rotas up to 3 months ahead, probably 1 Saturday per month. The successful plumbers will be required to have a clean driving licence and be subject to a DBS check. Experience within this role is essential, and the plumbers must hold a plumbing qualification. Higher rates are considered for plumbers with more advanced qualifications, experience, and broader skill sets.
