Working for a leading FM company on a Local Authority contract, we urgently require a qualified Plumber to work within 2 sites (walking distance) in the Kingston Area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform general plumbing and drainage services to both plant equipment and building equipment.
- Work within a Domestic/Communal area.
- Work toward pre-planned maintenance and reactive jobs.
- Assist with Building Fabric maintenance.
- Identify, rectify, or communicate any deviation from safe operational levels during the shift.
- Provide plumbing services to ensure the operation of all the water systems on site, including hot and cold-water supplies and drainage.
- Keep the Line Manager informed of all aspects of safety performance, plant performance, and customer circumstances that may impact the safe, efficient, reliable, and cost-effective operation of the plant.
- Perform adhoc duties as required by your management team.
Qualifications:
- Level 2 Plumbing or equivalent.
The successful candidate would be required to go through a level of security clearance.
