Our Client, a large maintenance company who look after a social housing contract, are looking to recruit a Planner/Scheduler to join their busy team. They are looking for someone who can act as a first point of contact for customers/clients, ensure all enquiries are managed efficiently and provide excellent levels of customer service.

Your main duties will be:

  • Answering calls regarding repairs and dealing with the call in a professional manner
  • Responding to emails from tenants/contractors/clients regarding repairs in accordance with operational procedures
  • Logging calls and repair requests on IT systems
  • Coordinate repair works with your team
  • Allocate work to employed operatives
  • Order parts for repairs
  • Liaising with tenants/operatives about completed jobs and return visits
  • Filing/maintaining paperwork in accordance with quality assurance procedures
  • Dealing with customer complaints and logging them onto the system
  • Managing your workload and prioritising repairs
  • Other duties requested by your manager

For this particular role, previous experience within the property maintenance sector/social housing sector would be advantageous.
