We are currently seeking an experienced Plasterer to work on a local authority contract covering the east London/Essex borders. The role involves undertaking repairs and maintenance work in both occupied and unoccupied domestic properties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out all aspects of plastering including hacking off existing plaster, preparing walls, full plastering, including boarding out as necessary.
- Apply or repair textured coatings.
- Cut and fit sections of plasterboard to walls and ceilings to repair damage.
- Perform additional multi-trade duties as requested by the client.
Requirements:
- Evidence of the right to work in the UK.
- Own vehicle and tools.
