Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer
Location- Birmingham
Monday to Friday β 40 hours
Salary Β£30,000 to Β£36,000 (depending on experience)
Temp β Permanent
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer working on a Prestigious contract based within Birmingham, Handling all maintenance issues on Commercial plant equipment within commercial environments
Duties as the Multi Skilled Engineer will include:
- Carry out PPM and extra work requirements in adherence to set engineering standards
 - Check and inspection of electrical/mechanical building plant equipment (chillers, AHU, HVAC, FCU, cooling towers, boilers etc..)
 - Respond to re-active works.
 
Desirable
- Minimum of Electrical/Mechanical City & Guilds, Part 1 and 2 or βAβ and βB or equivalent, BMS experience and Multi-skilling capability within building services is desirable
 - Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in relevant engineering maintenance field (or equivalent other qualification recognised by CITB/EITB/JIB)
 - Certified in 17th/ 18th edition
 
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, candidates may be required to go through a high level of security clearance and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
