Maintenance Call Centre Team Leader required to supervise an established and growing team of call handlers receiving inbound calls from tenants with housing maintenance requirements.

The ideal Maintenance Call Centre Team Leader will require previous experience in a similar role and be able to train, encourage and motivate a team of up to 10 Call Handlers to keep in line with their call targets and maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.

This Maintenance Call Centre Team Leader will need to be able to lead by example and support the team where possible and also help to grow the team.

Public transport to this site is very limited so your own transport is required and there is plenty of free parking.
