An exciting opportunity for a PPM Administrator has arisen working on an exciting contract based within the Coleshill area assisting with a growing facilities management team.
Duties:
- Booking in Corrective and Planned Maintenance works with subcontractors and ensuring we have RAMS certificates prior to attendance
- Allocating Corrective and Planned Maintenance works to subcontractors within the CAFM system
- Chasing subcontractors to ensure work orders are completed within SLA
- Raising purchase orders via Coupa for subcontractors
- Monitoring dashboards on CAFM system to ensure we are adhering to all SLA's
- Raise new works orders within the CAFM system
- Responding to queries via shared mailbox and telephone
- Monitor client portal to ensure jobs are dispatched efficiently
- Monitor shared inbox to ensure we are meeting contract expectations in dispatching jobs efficiently
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, across all functions.
- Understand, identify and apply the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for each work order and set expectation with customer.
- Contribute to reducing levels of customer complaints.
- Analysis of job history/running reports to avoid duplication.
- Ensuring all documents are up to date and compliant inline with our audit schedule.
