An excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer working on a prestigious contract based within London, handling all maintenance issues on commercial plant equipment within commercial environments.
Duties as the Multi Skilled Engineer will include:
- Carry out PPM and extra work requirements in adherence to set engineering standards.
- Check and inspect electrical/mechanical building plant equipment (chillers, AHU, HVAC, FCU, cooling towers, boilers, etc.).
- Respond to reactive works.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of Electrical/Mechanical City & Guilds, Part 1 and 2 or 'A' and 'B' or equivalent; BMS experience and multi-skilling capability within building services is desirable.
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in relevant engineering maintenance field (or equivalent other qualification recognised by CITB/EITB/JIB).
- Certified in 17th/18th edition.
- Due to the nature of the contract requirements, candidates may be required to go through a high level of security clearance, and the offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
