Our client is a large facilities management company currently working on a high-profile contract. They are looking to appoint a cleaning supervisor to look after a team of cleaners on a number of various sites within the Milton Keynes area.

The successful mobile cleaning supervisor will need to complete the following:

  • This is a working supervisory role and you will be expected to assist the team with the cleaning duties as and when required.
  • Some works around the times for the cleaning team to monitor staff may be required.
  • A good working knowledge of cleaning practices, full BICS knowledge required.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential as commitment to adopt the client’s visions and values.
  • Organise rotas.
  • Manage equipment, materials and stock levels.
  • Control costs to ensure services are delivered within agreed budget.
  • Supervise quality control procedures to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Conduct team briefings to cascade information to staff.

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
  • Full driving licence.
