Recruiting on behalf of a specialist maintenance firm based in Bristol, urgently looking to identify an experienced Maintenance Support Administrator to join their established team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage reactive changes and amendments on behalf of client's requirements/ requests
  • Attend monthly and quarterly meetings
  • Liaising daily with senior management for updates/ queries
  • Tracking works/ projects with field staff
  • Communication with clients on a daily basis
  • Updating internal systems/ database
  • Deal with any queries/ issues
  • Other daily tasks as requested by the client

The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of working in a Maintenance/ Housing/ commercial environment with extensive experience dealing with a team and strict deadlines.
