Recruiting on behalf of a specialist maintenance firm based in Bristol, urgently looking to identify an experienced Maintenance Support Administrator to join their established team.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage reactive changes and amendments on behalf of client's requirements/ requests
- Attend monthly and quarterly meetings
- Liaising daily with senior management for updates/ queries
- Tracking works/ projects with field staff
- Communication with clients on a daily basis
- Updating internal systems/ database
- Deal with any queries/ issues
- Other daily tasks as requested by the client
The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of working in a Maintenance/ Housing/ commercial environment with extensive experience dealing with a team and strict deadlines.
