Working for a leading facilities maintenance company, we are currently looking for a Data Entry to assist with a data transfer.
Duties:
- Document Management
- Data Entry
- Preparation and administration of outgoing correspondence
- Administration of hard copy and electronic files
- Administration of client contact lists
- Maintaining filing system
- Collate data and information in spreadsheets
- Any other requirements of Line Manager
