Working within a commercial environment with a high-profile critical environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out P.P.M/Reactive service, testing, diagnosing, repairing and calibrating advanced mechanical installations, plant and equipment.
- Maintaining, installing, and operating mechanical equipment in line with operational requirements of the sites, including but not limited to: Pumps, AHU’s, Plumbing Systems, Water Treatment Systems, Pressurisation Units, Heat Exchangers and Calorifiers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 Plumbing or equivalent
- Unvented hot water certificate
- Previous experience of pipefitting and plumbing in commercial properties
- Good organisational skills and timekeeping
- Commercial gas experience/qualifications (desirable but not a requirement)
- Experience in fault finding (beneficial)
- Able to work on their own initiative
- Full clean driving licence
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
