Our client is a social housing maintenance contractor seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join their team.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, between 8am and 5pm.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for tenants.
  2. Handle a high volume of inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
  3. Follow specific scripts for repair-related inquiries.
  4. Ensure tenants are not kept on hold for extended periods.
  5. Provide excellent customer service to tenants.
  6. Gather accurate information about repairs and communicate it to the planning team.
  7. Coordinate with tenants and colleagues effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience working in a call centre environment.
  • Experience dealing with repairs in social housing.
