Our client is a social housing maintenance contractor seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join their team.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, between 8am and 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenants.
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Follow specific scripts for repair-related inquiries.
- Ensure tenants are not kept on hold for extended periods.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants.
- Gather accurate information about repairs and communicate it to the planning team.
- Coordinate with tenants and colleagues effectively.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience working in a call centre environment.
- Experience dealing with repairs in social housing.
