A large and well established social housing maintenance company is seeking to recruit a contract Administrator to join their busy team.

Responsibilities

  • Taking calls from tenants in regards to gas maintenance and repairs issues
  • Liaising with engineers, tenants and managers
  • Chasing up tradesmen/engineers ensuring they have arrived at the correct property assigned on their PDA to carry out the works
  • Dealing with and prioritising emergency call outs
  • Re-arranging call outs for engineers when tenant is not home
  • Ensuring to help the trades men when the job requires two men to carry out initial works
  • Dealing with a backlog of queries from tenants in regards to repairs issues
  • Dealing with complaints and passing these to management when necessary
  • General administration around the office such as dealing with tradesmen’s/engineers paper work such as timesheets etc.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within the social housing sector is essential.
