Warehouse Operator (Logistics Assistant) Greenwich Β£13.27 per hour, 42.5 hours p/w Mon-Fri, ongoing contract An experienced warehouse person wanted for a leading global telecommunications company based in Greenwich, SE London. Key Responsibilities of Warehouse Operator: Operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, reach trucks, pallet stackers) – Experience preferred, but training can be provided Load / unload vehicles, move stock, and organise inventory to support production needs Pack goods in line with internal procedures and international packing standards Prepare shipping documentation and ensure on-time dispatch according to set priorities Process stock movement using warehouse/ERP systems (SAP) Handle returns and failed products, co-ordinating with the shipping team Prepare loading plans and dispatch lists Ensure customs documentation is accurate for inbound and outbound goods Order and manage packing materials and recycling shipments Maintain, update, and improve packing procedures where needed Report activities to management and support other warehouse tasks as required Work times: 07:00-17:00 Mon-Thurs & 07:00 – 15:45 Fri 42.5 hours p/w Ideal for candidates will be computer literate, and have previous work experience from a warehouse, logistics or supply chain background
