Administrator / Schedulerrequired for medium sized property maintenance specialist looking to grow their planning team due to recent growth and extra workloads.
This company specialises in maintenance to domestic heating systems and has many engineers working across several contracts from Private to social housing properties.
- Main Responsibilities
- Scheduling of reactive and planned service & maintenance appointments with both our clients and their residents.
- Scheduling of engineers and their workloads.
- Reporting to numerous levels inside and outside of the business.
- Identifying and invoicing chargeable works.
- Answering of inbound phone calls.
- General administration duties.
- Key Requirements
- Strong, extensive experience in contract administration and engineer scheduling within the gas industry or similar.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to work under own initiative within a fast-paced office environment.
- Reliable and excellent time management skills.
- Experience in contact administration/engineer scheduling within the gas industry is desirable but not essential.
