Electrician, Domestic Maintenance based in Essex.
Qualified Electricians are required for a large housing maintenance specialist with ongoing work on a contract that involves social housing properties. Due to the nature of the contract and the locations of the properties, some driving will be involved, but every effort is made to keep the electrician in one area each day.
Suitable candidates must be competent with domestic electrical repairs and possess excellent customer service skills. There are also opportunities for training and development.
Requirements:
- Must hold 18th edition and a level 3 or equivalent.
- Ideally have a testing qualification for EICRs, but this is not essential.
- Need a clean or nearly clean driving licence.
- Subject to a DBS check.
Working hours: 40 hours per week, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Salary: Basic salary of £40k, with typical earnings between £45k and £50k including on-call rota.
Additional benefits include:
