Overview
Electrician required in Hounslow. £18 per hour LTD. Your role as an Electrician is to carry out repairs and maintenance work. This work is within social housing, so relevant experience is needed.
Duties
- Maintain and repair electrical installations in accordance with the Regulations
- Comply with Company Health and Safety Policy, the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and other statutory legislation
- Delivery of electrical repairs in both domestic and on-site settings
- Remedial works
- Re-wires (full house, bathrooms, kitchens)
- Adding new circuits (ring circuits, cooker, fans etc)
- Adding new sockets (minor re-wires)
- General maintenance (changing sockets, light fittings, etc)
- Fault finding
- Planned maintenance
- Fuse board swaps (new regulations have meant some old ones need to be replaced)
Qualifications/experience needed
- 17th/18th Edition
- Able to fault find and install on domestic/commercial properties
- Full UK driving licence
