Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer Location - Crawley - Brighton
Monday to Friday – 40hrs
Salary up to £35,000 per annum / £18.62 per hour

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer working on an educational site based within Crawley - Brighton, handling all maintenance issues on commercial plant equipment within commercial environments.
Duties as the Multi Skilled Engineer will include:
- Carry out PPM and extra work requirements in adherence to set engineering standards
- Check and inspection of building fabric/electrical/mechanical building plant equipment (chillers, AHU, HVAC, FCU, cooling towers, boilers etc.)
- Respond to reactive works.
Desirable:
- Ideally electrical bias however will review mechanical also
- Minimum of Electrical/Mechanical City & Guilds, Part 1 and 2 or ‘A’ and ‘B’ or equivalent, BMS experience and multi-skilling capability within building services is desirable
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in relevant engineering maintenance field (or equivalent other qualification recognised by CITB/EITB/JIB)
- Certified in 17th/18th edition
