Temp – Perm £9.75ph ( £20,380 Annually)
Working for a large and well-established Facilities Maintenance Company. We are looking for a Facilities Assistant to join an exciting contract based in Stevenage.
Duties (not limited to):
- Minor building fabric repairs
- Minor decorating tasks
- Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled (fire alarm tests, water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests, meter readings etc)
- Minor repairs
- Assisting with room set ups/ porterage
- Maintaining records
A level of clearance would be needed should you be successful due to the nature of the contract. For this role, you must have evidence of the right to work in the UK.
