CMS Recruitment are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant and Administrator on a temporary basis (up to 6 months) on a part-time basis. This role will be working for a digital marketing agency and has the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
About The Role:
Providing administrative support to the operation, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently in an organised manner.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Providing high-level executive support and stakeholder liaison
- Managing complex diaries, inboxes, and meetings with full minute-taking responsibility
- Coordinating travel, events, and day-to-day office operations
- Driving administrative efficiencies and process improvements
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications
- Trusted handling of confidential and sensitive information
- Supporting training, learning & development, and apprenticeship programmes
Working hours: between 10am - 7pm (6 hours per day)
Experience: Someone who has worked within a Senior Administration position previously.
Required Skills:
- Professional and confident manner
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative
