Work Scheduler/Planner Admin Location: Bellshill Monday to Friday Pay : £12.75 Our client is a large facilities management company currently working on a high-profile contract. They are looking to appoint planner/scheduler to join their team. Day to day duties for the scheduler will include: Handling inbound and outbound calls, Serve as a first point of contact Action emails – Respond to all suppliers/client/contractor\’s queries, chase up or escalating as necessary Delivery and administration of Reactive and PM works and follow on services Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers Planning & issuing of PM works Appropriately submit quotations or monitor approvals for follow on works Prioritising work as appropriate and efficiently Cross checks all assignments Chase up outstanding reports from engineers & clients etc Working towards SLAs Running reports, issue purchase order, processing supplier invoices Manage the completion process once works are carried out. Ensure compliance and procedures are followed as directed. Other ad hoc administrative duties as required.Qualification/requirement: Proficient user of MS Office Applications including Word and Excel. Ideally a working knowledge of SAP, Planon and Coupa, although training will be given on these applications. For this role, you must have evidence of the right to work in the UK.
