CMS is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our Legal Services Unit and support the UK Real Estate team.

The role involves managing a busy caseload of transactions, including leases, licences, surrenders and rent reviews, and assisting with purchases and portfolio transactions.

A law degree or equivalent is preferred, with CILEX pursued as an option, and experience in Real Estate is advantageous.
