CMS Law is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Paralegal or an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our Legal Services Unit in our Sheffield or Manchester office on a 9 month fixed term contract. The role will support one energy and utilities client with documenting land rights in Scotland and England via servitudes and easements.
You will manage your own caseload, take client instructions, negotiate the deeds and arrange completions, and support completion and post-completion registrations.
