We’re looking for an experienced Marketing & Business Development professional to lead and support the integrated global Corporate practice group. The role focuses on planning and delivering business development activity that supports the group’s strategic priorities, working closely with partners and the global practice and sector marketing team. This is a senior, collaborative role with responsibility for shaping and delivering BD initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring activity is well‑planned, coordinated and aligned to wider firm objectives.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and develop a Business Development team supporting the group
  • Own business planning and budget management for BD initiatives
  • Build and maintain effective BD infrastructure and processes
  • Support partners on pitches and proposals, from strategy through to delivery
  • Plan and deliver campaigns, events and spotlight initiatives
  • Drive client targeting activity in line with agreed priorities
  • Manage communications and PR activity relevant to the group
  • Coordinate legal directory and awards submissions

  • Experience of practice group and sector marketing, including pitching and campaigns
  • Confidence managing budgets and translating strategy into practical activity
