CMS is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Paralegal or experienced Real Estate‑focused Paralegal to join our Legal Services Unit in our Sheffield or Manchester office on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role focuses on documenting land rights in Scotland and England via servitudes and easements, managing a caseload of transactions, taking client instructions, negotiating deeds and arranging completions.

You will have a keen eye for detail, use your initiative, and be prepared to handle a large caseload.
