Overview

We have two new opportunities to join our London office as an Apprentice Administrator on an 18‑month Fixed Term Contract.

Apprenticeships play an integral role within our Secretarial Services team, and we are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an individual wishing to continue their education while earning a competitive salary.

As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will work across a range of practice groups within the firm, developing an understanding of the diverse administrative support provided to colleagues within the secretarial team, as well as fee earners and partners across the wider business. This role offers valuable insight into the day‑to‑day operations of a professional services environment.

We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual who is keen to develop their knowledge, skills and confidence. With the support and mentoring of experienced colleagues, you will build your capability within the workplace, with a view to progressing your career at CMS.

Please note this role is fully office based, requiring attendance five days per week.

Learning and Development

To support your ongoing development, you will undertake the Level3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship, delivered in partnership with our external training provider.

This opportunity is designed for individuals who:

  • have completed their school education and are ready to begin their career;
  • wish to leave college earlier than planned to start their career while continuing their education through a recognised qualification;
  • are looking to change careers.

The Business Administrator Apprenticeship provides a combination of structured learning and practical, on‑the‑job experience, alongside a competitive salary. The programme is offered on a fixed‑term basis of 18 months.

About You

  • A collaborative approach and strong team ethic.
  • A proactive, flexible and positive attitude.
