CMS is seeking a Senior Innovation & Technology lead for the Disputes group to shape AI-enabled workflows, draft processes, and pilot new products and services.

You will bridge fee-earning teams with central innovation, aligning with firm strategy and data-driven practices.

You will partner with the LOPM and Legal Tech resources to extend standardised tools across disputes, delivering client-focused tech-enabled solutions and insights.
