About the Role As a Junior Recruiter, you will work closely with our recruitment team to support the end-to-end recruitment process. Key Responsibilities * Inbound and Outbound Calling: Engaging with candidates and clients to discuss job opportunities, provide updates, and gather relevant information. * Answering Queries: Handling calls and emails from candidates and clients, ensuring timely and professional responses. * Compliance Management: Chasing and verifying compliance documents, ensuring all records meet regulatory standards. * Candidate Screening: Reviewing CVs, pre-screening candidates, and maintaining up-to-date candidate records in our system. * Relationship Building: Developing strong rapport with candidates and clients, acting as a reliable point of contact throughout the recruitment process. * Administrative Support: Assisting with interview scheduling, maintaining accurate database entries, and supporting senior recruiters as needed.
