We are looking for a qualified lawyer to join our highly regarded Real Estate team in Manchester.
About the Role
Our highly experienced Real Estate group regularly deal with multi-million pound transactions and act for some of the largest property owners and developers in the country.
The Real Estate team in Manchester have been rated as tier 1 in the Legal 500. We advise on all aspects of Real Estate business including major retail, mixed use and office developments, property financing and commercial landlord and tenant matters and, portfolio acquisitions and disposals.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our office in Manchester. We are looking for a 1-3PQE to support national and international investors and developers.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Gained excellent relevant experience from a recognised Real Estate department of a major or medium sized firm
- A strong academic background
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A flexible approach to meeting client demands
- A commitment to business development and client relationship management
