    • Monitor competitor activity and recommend opportunities to strengthen CMR's market position.
  • Customer Engagement & Events
    • Plan and deliver impactful customer events, workshops, congresses and educational programmes.
    • Maximise the commercial return from every event through effective customer engagement, lead capture and follow-up.
    • Support product launches and key commercial initiatives across the UK and, where appropriate, Ireland.
  • Key Opinion Leader Engagement
    • Support the identification, development and activation of key opinion leaders across our priority specialties.
    • Work alongside Clinical, Commercial and Professional Education teams to maximise the impact of KOL engagement.
    • Develop relationships with relevant surgical societies and professional organisations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner closely with Sales, Clinical Sales, Professional Education, Government Affairs and Global Marketing.
    • Work collaboratively with our distributor partner in Ireland to share best practice, marketing resources and campaign execution.
