We're growing fast, and we’re on a mission to transform how surgery is delivered globally for the benefit of patients, clinicians, and healthcare systems.

Produce regular HR Operations reports covering key people data: headcount, joiners and leavers, absence, and any metrics relevant to the function's SLAs and compliance obligations.

Identify and flag opportunities to improve HR Ops processes, policies, and systems; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help embed better ways of working across the team.

Contribute to the HR Ops knowledge base and Tier 0 self‑service content, keeping FAQs and politi‑cy guidance accurate and up to date.

Support HR Ops audit readiness and general administrative tasks as required to keep the function running smoothly.

Employee Lifecycle Issue employment contracts and offer documentation using current, country‑approved templates across all CMR locations.

Run new starter onboarding logistics for global hires: right‑to‑work checks, equipment and ac‑cess requests, induction scheduling, and country‑specific compliance requirements.

Manage the leaver process end‑to‑end globally, including the access and IP offboarding checklist (systems, quality documentation, building access).

Maintain probation tracking and prompt managers ahead of key review dates across all regions.

Keep the employee lifecycle section of the single HR data source accurate and up to date.

Support skilled worker visa and immigration administration processes in liaison with external providers where needed.

Learning confident engaging with employees and managers across different cultures and locations.

Comfortable working with HRIS systems and MS Office; accurate data entry and record‑keeping.

People‑oriented with strong attention to detail — you enjoy getting the process right so the employee experience is seamless wherever someone is based.

Comfortable sharing day‑to‑day HR Ops responsibilities including payroll and benefits administration as part of a small, mutually supportive team.

Sound judgment on when to escape, particularly on cross‑border or jurisdiction‑specific matters.

CIPD qualification (Level 3 minimum; Level 5 desirable).

This role requires candidates to have eligibility to work within the UK.
