About the Role

You will play an integral role within a dynamic and collaborative team, working across the Medical Affairs function to support a broad range of operational activities that contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives. In addition to partnering with various internal stakeholders, you will serve as a key point of contact for our network of Proctors and other Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), helping to foster strong and effective external relationships.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder Coordination & Event Management

  • Serve as a key point of contact for our global Proctor network, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective clinical case support for new Versius users
  • Support the planning and execution of training programmes, investigative labs, and educational events
  • Coordinate departmental meetings, Proctor engagement initiatives, workshops, and other strategic activities that support business objectives
  • Provide operational and logistical support for clinical studies and other related projects such as the CMR Clinical Registry

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Foster strong partnerships with our Proctors; overseeing their onboarding to CMR and ensuring they remain informed of product developments and other important updates
  • Maintain and enhance relevant documentation associated with our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability through automation, digital tools, and innovative ways of working
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of operational processes aligned with the needs of a high-growth organisation

Data Management & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records within Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring training, certification, feedback, and clinical support documentation remains current and audit ready
  • Review and approve global training pathways and certification records, ensuring alignment with regulatory, compliance, and organisational requirements
  • Support data quality initiatives by ensuring timely and accurate reporting across relevant systems and platforms
  • Develop an understanding of industry regulations, including MedTech Europe guidelines and Fair Market Value (FMV) principles

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders across Professional Education, Clinical, Commercial, Compliance, and other functions
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting activities, including data gathering, analysis, and presentation of key metrics
  • Actively support team initiatives and contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • Experience in an administrative, operations, programme coordination or related support role
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, and projects in a professional environment
  • Experience using AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or equivalent technologies
  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience

Desirable

  • Experience within the MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industry sectors
  • Experience using CRM and business systems such as Salesforce, as well as platforms such as NetSuite, Smartsheet, Confluence, or similar project and collaboration tools
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
