An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded and expanding national law firm in their private client team with an established presence across multiple UK offices. The team is approximately 50 strong and advises a broad range of HNW and UHNW individuals, entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, landed estates, families and trustees on a wide range of complex private client matters.

Due to continued growth ambitions, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced and commercially minded Private Client Partner to further develop and expand its offering. The role is flexible around technical specialism and could suit individuals from a broad range of Private Client backgrounds including, but not limited to:

  • Entrepreneurial / Owner-Managed Business Advisory
  • Family Investment Companies

The firm is particularly interested in market-facing individuals with strong relationship-building and business development capability who are capable of generating work, developing referrer networks and helping to grow a broader Private Client offering. This is an opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a collaborative and well-supported national platform with genuine scope to shape and build a team over time.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience operating at Director or Partner level, or Senior Director level with a clear pathway to Partnership
  • A demonstrable track record of business development and client origination
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • The ability to work collaboratively across multiple service lines and offices

Location & Flexibility

The firm offers significant flexibility around location and structure for the right individual and is open to discussions with candidates across London, Birmingham, Sheffield and Chichester. In addition, there is also interest in speaking with high-quality Private Client individuals based in the Manchester market.
