Our client, a landscaping company, is looking for a Financial Controller to join its team. The Financial Controller will be expected to be hands-on within the finance function, providing support across the organisation. Part-time: 2 days per week. The responsibilities of the Financial Controller include but are not limited to the following: Operate the general ledger and prepare monthly reconciliations. Prepare and post month-end journals, including accruals and prepayments. Post on Xero along with apportioning the salaries to projects. Prepare accurate and time VAT and Intrastat. Support the year-end process and liaise as appropriate. Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes: Experienced Financial Controller, and AAT Qualified. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly detail orientated, organised, and excellent IT Skills. Ability to manage workload and reprioritise to meet deadlines.
