Our client, a family-owned company supplying premium curtain poles and tracks to the luxury interior trade, is looking for a Sales Support Executive to engage new and existing trade customers, identifying sales opportunities, and promote the product range. The responsibilities of the Sales Support Executive include but are not limited to:
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective trade customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with curtain makers, retailers, and interior professionals.
- Promote the product range, offers, and services to drive sales and customer growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system.
- Send appointment confirmations and manage the diary for the sales representative.
