An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast growing and innovative machinery manufacturer. Known for premium quality equipment and exceptional service, the business is expanding its presence across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a driven sales professional to develop new business, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue across the West Midlands and Wales. This is a field-based role involving regular travel, hands on demonstrations, and a consultative sales approach.

The responsibilities of the Area Sales Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Identify, target and win new business opportunities within the region.
  • Build, develop and maintain strong, long term customer relationships.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and effectively showcase equipment features and benefits.
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to closing deals.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
