As part of otheir continued growth, they are looking for a dedicated and inspiring Senior Customer Service Executive to join the South Manchester office. Role Overview: The Senior Customer Service Executive will lead a team of approximately ten customer service professionals, including two direct reports, in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring their customers and clients receive the highest standard of service while fostering a positive, motivational atmosphere within the team.
