We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to support the growth of our Self Assessment and tax services division. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and helping individuals understand their tax return obligations. The successful candidate will engage with prospective clients, respond to enquiries, and promote a range of accounting, tax, and compliance services to self-employed individuals, contractors, landlords, and small business owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new client leads through outbound calls, email outreach, referrals, and networking
- Respond to inbound enquiries and convert leads into active clients
- Explain Self Assessment requirements, deadlines, and compliance obligations to prospective clients
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, freelancers, landlords, and small businesses
- Work closely with internal tax and compliance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activity and pipeline progression
- Identify opportunities to promote additional accounting and compliance services
