Im currently recruiting for a growing UK accountancy practice that specialises in working with marketing and service agencies. Due to continued growth, theyre looking to add an experienced Bookkeeper to their Monthly Delivery Team. This is a proper practice-based bookkeeping role , where youll take ownership of your own portfolio of clients rather than working on the books for one business. Youll manage a portfolio of around 4060 monthly retainer clients , predominantly UK-based service agencies with turnovers ranging from approximately £200k to £2m. Your responsibilities will include bank reconciliations, transaction coding, VAT workings and preparing month-end packs ready for review. Youll have genuine ownership of your portfolio from an early stage, working closely with clients throughout the year rather than only getting involved around year-end.
