We're looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic business, supporting a portfolio of clients and ensuring they receive a first-class service from onboarding through to ongoing account management.

The Role

As a Client Services Coordinator, you'll act as a key point of contact for clients, supporting day-to-day enquiries, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Working closely with Account Managers, Compliance, Payroll and Operations teams, you'll help ensure client requirements are met efficiently, accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Act as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client enquiries.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent service delivery.
    • Identify and escalate any client concerns or service issues where appropriate.
    • Support Account Managers in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Service Delivery & Operations
    • Coordinate client requests and ensure actions are completed within agreed timescales.
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver services accurately and efficiently.
    • Assist with resolving operational and service-related issues.
    • Monitor ongoing client activity and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
  • Client Onboarding & Compliance
    • Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into the business.
    • Liaise with Compliance and internal departments to obtain required documentation.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
    • Assist in ensuring compliance processes are completed correctly.
  • CRM & Reporting
    • Maintain and update client information within the CRM system.
    • Record client interactions, service requests and account activity accurately.
    • Assist with the preparation of client reports and service updates.
  • Account Administration
    • Support Account Managers with account administration and contract renewals.
    • Assist with ongoing account management activities.
    • Help coordinate the resolution of platform, system and service queries.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys working with people. You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Client Services, Account Support, Account Coordination, Administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM systems or databases (desirable).
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
