An ambitious and growing General Practice Accountancy firm, with its main office based in the South West, is looking to appoint its first dedicated Marketing Executive. This is a key hire for the business as they continue to scale and invest further into their marketing function, with a long-term vision of bringing more marketing activity in-house. This role would suit a hands-on and commercially minded marketer who enjoys owning campaigns, improving digital presence, and helping drive business growth within a professional services environment. The role is primarily remote, with occasional onsite visits for collaboration, planning sessions, and business meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve SEO performance across the company website
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content
  • Create, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and paid social
  • Track campaign performance and provide insight-led reporting
  • Support content creation and wider digital marketing initiatives
  • Help strengthen and maintain brand consistency across all channels
  • Assist with branding and marketing collateral projects (nice to have)

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Marketing Executive or similar digital marketing role
  • Strong understanding of SEO and website optimisation
  • Experience managing social media platforms
