The Role
This is a pure growth role focused on winning new recruitment agency partnerships and developing long-term contractor relationships. Youll be responsible for identifying opportunities within the recruitment market, building trusted relationships with agency decision-makers, and positioning the business as a strategic workforce partner rather than just another payroll provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business relationships with recruitment agencies across the UK
- Build and manage a portfolio of contractors across multiple sectors
- Generate opportunities through outbound sales activity, networking, referrals, and relationship-led business development
- Promote workforce solutions including PAYE, CIS, EOR/PEO, compliance, and funding services
- Work closely with internal onboarding and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Become a trusted advisor to agency clients on workforce engagement and contractor management
- Maintain regular contact with contractors to maximise retention and referrals
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling additional services
- Manage your sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets

- Strong understanding of the recruitment agency landscape
