Overview
We are working with a growing, award-winning accountancy business that is looking to hire a Client Accountant to manage a portfolio of approximately 120 contractor clients. This is a client-facing role where you'll take ownership of relationships once clients have been onboarded, becoming their trusted, go-to point of contact. The business prides itself on exceptional service and long-term client relationships, and this role is central to that offering.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, personable service and building strong rapport with contractors, with the aim of turning satisfied clients into long-term advocates of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships post-onboarding
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of contractor clients
- Deliver friendly, approachable, and service-led client support
- Build strong rapport and trust with clients
