A recruitment company based in Buckinghamshire is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their sales team, specialising in the construction sector. This role focuses on winning new business, managing client relationships, and placing candidates into temporary and permanent roles.
The Role
- Generate new business through calls, referrals, and leads
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline
- Place candidates into roles within the construction sector
- Attend client meetings and site visits (minimum 1 day per week)
- Work closely with the resourcing team
