Financial Adviser / Investment Manager We are working with a highly ambitious and growing independent financial services group that is expanding nationally through acquisitions and adviser-led growth.

They are looking to appoint experienced Financial Advisers and Investment Managers who have a strong track record of managing client relationships and, ideally, an established book of business.

The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for an established adviser to join a growing, fully independent business with the infrastructure and financial backing to support the successful transfer and development of client relationships.

The business is particularly interested in advisers with an existing client book, with a typical target of £4050m+ in assets under management.

Larger books will also be considered, and the business has successfully supported advisers transferring books significantly in excess of this.

Key Responsibilities Manage and develop an established portfolio of HNW clients.

Provide high-quality, independent financial planning and investment advice.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships and generate further assets under management.

Successfully transition an existing client book into the business where applicable.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and transfer process.

Contribute to the continued growth and development of the wider business.

The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate is likely to have: 5+ years' experience as a Financial Adviser, Wealth Manager or Investment Manager.

A strong track record of managing HNW client relationships.

An established and transferable client book, ideally £4050m+ AUM.

Experience successfully developing and retaining client assets.

Strong technical knowledge across financial planning and investments.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A commercially minded approach and genuine desire to grow their client proposition.

The ambition to play an important role within a growing, entrepreneurial business.
