A fast-growing, entrepreneurial group is looking for a commercially minded leader to own and evolve its self-assessment offering.
With an outsourced delivery team already in place and a go-to-market strategy ready to build on, were hiring someone who can take full ownership of the function from operations to commercials and drive it forward.
?? What youll be doing:

Lead and manage the external accountancy/admin delivery team

Own and optimise the self-assessment go-to-market strategy

Take full P&L responsibility for the service line

Report directly to the Board (including FD, SD, and CEO)

Work cross-functionally to align service delivery and commercial growth
